Return Policy
Quality is our priority, and we strive to guarantee the quality of our products. If you still wish to cancel your purchase, no problem! You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Our products also come with a 2-year warranty. Below you will find all information about the return process.
- Report your return within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Provide the reason for your return. This is not mandatory but helps us prevent unnecessary returns and improve our service.
- Return the product in its original condition, without damage, to the return address below. Note: use of the product may cause (minor) damage. If a damaged return is received, we may charge a depreciation fee up to 100% of the paid costs.
- Pack the product securely in a box to prevent damage during transport.
- Do not stick (return) stickers or tape on the original product packaging and do not write on it.
- You pay the return shipping costs yourself, to prevent unnecessary returns and to ensure durability. Unsure about your purchase? Feel free to contact us; our LED specialists are happy to help you find the right product or provide the correct information.
Some exceptions where we cover the return shipping costs ourselves include, for example, receiving a defective product.
Once we have received your return, we will refund you as soon as possible, no later than 14 working days after receipt.

Exceptions
- Receiving a different product or an incomplete order. Always check immediately after receipt whether the shipment is complete and correct. If a product is missing or the wrong product was delivered, report this to customer service. We will correct our mistake as soon as possible.
- Receiving a defective or damaged product. Follow our warranty procedure if you have received a defective product.

Warranty procedure
If you have received a defective product or if the product becomes defective without intent or due to incorrect handling, you can return the product. You only need to return the products after receiving instructions from us.
For warranty cases, we cover the return shipping costs. You can receive the same product again, choose a similar product, or get a full refund.
If problems are wholly or partly caused by improper/negligent use and/or installation, or by external factors, the warranty expires. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
