Hippo RGB+CCT corner connector 12mm for 6-pin light runs

An RGB+CCT strip has more connections than a standard RGB strip: warm and cool white must be linked as well as the colour channels. This 12 mm RGB+CCT Hippo corner connector is designed for that layout. It joins two 6-pin strip sections around a corner without soldering.

Route an RGB+CCT light run around a corner

In a living room with an illuminated cabinet wall, RGB+CCT lighting may run along two perpendicular surfaces. The connector keeps both colour control and warm- and cool-white channels connected. There is no need to solder all six contacts individually.

Why a 6-pin connector?

A 4-pin RGB connector does not support separate white channels. A 5-pin RGBW connector has just one white channel. RGB+CCT with warm and cool white therefore needs the six connections on this model. The strip must also be 12 mm wide.
